Supplier of film fan merchandise moves from the main station to the pedestrian zone
Elbenwald, a fan merchandise shop specializing in fantasy and science fiction films with over 30 stores in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands, is moving its Leipzig location from the main train station to Hainstraße 10. The company has rented a 200 m² shop unit there. Elbenwald is thus quadrupling its sales area in Leipzig. The new store will open on November 15, 2025. The owner of the building is a family office.
JLL brokered the conclusion of the contract on behalf of the tenant and the owner.
