Hammer AG has signed a long-term lease agreement with CUBOS for more than 850 square metres of office and technical space in the Connex office and commercial complex. The space at Frankfurter Ring 81 and Taunusstraße 38a was brokered by Stock Real Estate.
CUBOS is one of the leading operators of B2B charging infrastructure in Germany. Nationwide, the company supports medium-sized companies, corporates and public clients in making their energy supply more efficient, sustainable and independent of the public power grid. Founded in Wolfsburg in 2018, CUBOS develops and produces integrated energy solutions with a focus on intelligent charging infrastructure, battery storage and photovoltaics. Following the takeover of the charging point portfolios of SWARCO and TotalEnergies as well as the integration of the electric mobility brand ChargeOne from the heinemann Group, the energy experts are strengthening their presence in southern Germany with the new location in Munich.
The Connex in the north of Munich offers modern office, research, development and warehouse space in a convenient location. The property is characterized by flexible and efficient usage options, high visibility and excellent connections to private and public transport.
