HIH Invest partners with Loanboox to digitize financing management

With this cooperation, HIH Invest is taking a further step in the further development of its financing processes and is responding to increasing requirements for transparency, efficiency and data availability in the institutional real estate business. To date, more than €35 billion in financing has been successfully placed through Loanboox and around €50 billion in current loans are managed. The software is used in 18 countries by institutional investors, asset managers and other professional borrowers. It enables consistent, data-based control of all financing processes. With the help of artificial intelligence, the technology supports the automated reading of term sheets and contracts as well as an intelligent, targeted search in data rooms.
