INDUSTRIA, a real estate manager from Frankfurt am Main and part of the Becken Group, has been commissioned by Commerz Real to manage 90 rental apartments with a total of 8,541 square metres of rental space in the One Forty West hotel and residential tower in Frankfurt. The mandate includes commercial and technical property management.
The 140-metre-high One Forty West was built between 2017 and 2021 on the site of the former AfE tower on the Senckenberganlage 13-17 site in the Westend district and is part of the portfolio of Commerz Real's open-ended real estate fund hausInvest. The lower 23 floors house a hotel, above which there are both rented apartments and condominiums.
Sebastian Rügamer, Head of Asset & Property Management at INDUSTRIA, says: "This mandate is of particular importance to us: With the rental apartments in One Forty West, we are taking over the management of a premium residential product in a landmark property – in our home market of Frankfurt. We are all the more pleased about the trust placed in us by Commerz Real and look forward to working together in a spirit of partnership."
Jürgen Hau, Managing Director of INDUSTRIA, adds: "We are not only responsible for the property management of our own real estate portfolios and properties of our own real estate funds, but have also been acquiring external clients since 2023. We have thus significantly expanded our property management division – and also diversified it: We have increasingly connected commercial properties as well as properties from special situations with special challenges. Now we are pleased to also be able to look after residential properties from the premium segment with the One Forty West."
