Oreda GmbH (Oreda), a Frankfurt-based boutique specialising in special real estate situations, is expanding its strategic partnership with tectrex AG, which has been in place on a project basis since mid-2025. As part of this, Dr. Daniel Landgraf has been appointed to the Management Board of tectrex AG (tectrex) with effect from July 7, 2026. The three Oreda business units (1) Debt Asset Management, (2) Rescue & Recovery Management and (3) Financing & Strategic Advisory will remain unchanged. All activities of the third business pillar will be structured via tectrex in the future.
Expansion as a platform for real assets
Oreda sees considerable potential in deepening the cooperation with tectrex and the further development of the platform. tectrex offers an integrated solution from the structured and digitized as well as AI-supported financing process to the provision of reporting interfaces and the possibility of issuing digital securities to expand the structuring spectrum of even complex financing. With approx. EUR 2.6 billion in assets under service (AuS) and already around 100 connected financing partners, the platform enables faster and more targeted access to debt and equity partners.
Another differentiating feature of tectrex is the establishment of a secondary market through which investors can already trade digital securities today. The connection to 360X – the regulated, institutional secondary marketplace for digital securities (backed by Deutsche Börse and Commerzbank) – underlines the institutional claim of the platform and stands for a high degree of professionalization.
"By bundling our activities in the Financing & Strategic Advisory business pillar with tectrex, we are combining our know-how with a high-performance capital market infrastructure and creating the basis for being able to solve complex financing situations even more flexibly in the future," says Dr. Daniel Landgraf, Managing Director of Oreda.
Kay Hofmann, Chief Executive Officer of tectrex AG, adds: "With Oreda and the appointment of Dr. Daniel Landgraf to the Management Board, we are specifically adding additional structuring and financing expertise to our platform. The combination of a strong network in the real estate industry and operational experience expands our possibilities of mapping financing solutions in a structured way via our platform."
