Quantum Immobilien KVG has acquired a high-quality residential property in Berlin-Friedrichshain for an individual mandate managed by it. The property is located in the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district and comprises 67 privately financed residential units as well as a daycare centre and has a total lettable area of around 6,900 m².

The building, which was completed in 2018, is located in a very good residential area in the Friedrichshain district. All 67 residential units have balconies or loggias as well as high-quality furnishings. The family-friendly mix of apartments, with predominantly 3- to 5-room apartments, reflects the local demand structure. A daycare centre integrated into the property rounds off the offer. All space is fully let.

The transaction took place as part of an asset deal. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
