Kieback&Peter GmbH & Co. KG, one of the leading providers in the field of building automation, will relocate its Rhine-Main branch from Rüsselsheim to Frankfurt at the beginning of 2027. For this purpose, the company has rented around 1,100 m² of office space in the MAC Main Airport Center at Unterschweinstiege 2-14. The background to the move is Kieback&Peter's ESG and CI strategy as well as the better accessibility of the location as a Central German hub. The MAC is one of the most striking buildings in Frankfurt Airport City and, in addition to around 54,000 m² of modern office space on eleven floors, also offers a direct connection to airport terminals 1 and 2. Throughout the leasing process, Savills acted as an advisor and broker for the tenant.
