DAHLER Invest expands into the Lake Constance region

Fabian Hempel, DAHLER Invest Konstanz (DAHLER Invest)

DAHLER, a broker for high-quality residential real estate operating throughout Germany, is further expanding its network. D&C Invest GmbH (“DAHLER Invest”), which specialises in the brokerage of investment properties to private investors and family offices, opened a location in Constance on Lake Constance on 1 March.

The region around the new location is characterised by scarcity rents across all construction age classes as well as medium property sizes, which are of particular interest to private investors and family offices. “On the demand side, there are not only wealthy German but also Swiss private investors,” says Vincent Papke, Managing Partner of DAHLER Invest. “The great interest results from the solid economic fundamentals in the overall prosperous Lake Constance region.”

“Since the rental apartment in the Ländle is usually only intended as a first step in the residential biography, there are frequent regular tenant changes in the southwest, which can be seen as an opportunity for the development of the portfolio due to the high demand for tenants,” says Philip C. Hetzer, Managing Partner of DAHLER Invest.

Fabian Hempel will take over the management of the DAHLER location in Constance. As a certified asset manager and certified expert, Fabian Hempel has a sound education in real estate. For more than 18 years, he has been working in particular in the brokerage of residential, commercial and investment properties in southern Germany and brings extensive transaction experience to the new location.

“I see my task above all in finding the right property for the respective interested party and their investment strategy. The region has been building well and steadily for decades and of course there are highlights such as beautiful Art Nouveau houses in Constance,” says Fabian Hempel. “My personal contacts and DAHLER’s network are the basis for an attractive product pipeline.”
