The Hulb-West site is located only 20 kilometres southwest of Stuttgart and is excellently connected to the A81 motorway and the Hulb S-Bahn station. Important transport hubs such as the city centres of Böblingen and Stuttgart as well as Stuttgart Airport are within easy reach – ideal conditions for modern business settlements. In the future, Periskop Development will offer partial areas from approx. 6,000 m² on behalf of the owners of the property. The plots, which can be flexibly divided, are suitable for a wide range of uses, including: offices, laboratories, craftsmen’s yards, other technology companies or light industrial properties. Thanks to the combination of individual space design and comprehensive infrastructure, Hulb-West is an attractive location for owner-occupiers as well as medium-sized companies and project developers.
