The IPH Group will take over the center management of the Kamp Promenade of Deka Immobilien in Osnabrück on January 1, 2026.
The mandate also includes commercial and technical property management as well as leasing. After the Isenburg-Zentrum and the Allee Center Berlin, this is the third mandate for IPH by Deka within less than two years.
“IPH was just as clearly convincing in the tender process for the management of Kamp Promenade as it was in the cooperation of recent years in the other two properties of Deka Immobilien,” says Nina Stapf, Global Head of Real Estate Management Retail/ Hotel and Strategic Tenant Relations at Deka Immobilien.
“We are pleased about the opportunity to further deepen our very good cooperation with Deka. Specifically, we want to concentrate on the further development of the property in order to position the Kamp Promenade as the central retail location in Osnabrück for the next few years,” says Lars Jähnichen, Managing Partner of IPH.
The Kamp Promenade district, located in the city centre, was built in 2004 and expanded in 2014. It comprises a total of 32 shops with a total of 20,600 square metres of retail and catering space. The anchor tenants include Müller, Media Markt and TKMaxx. The five buildings with their differently designed facades are grouped around a spacious central square with cafés, benches and trees and, of course, shops. In addition to its central location and the corresponding connection to public transport, the quarter offers an underground car park with almost 300 parking spaces.
