Principal Asset Management has commissioned the IPH Group to manage the City-Center Bergedorf in Hamburg. The mandate from January 2026 includes center management, commercial and technical property management.
The IPH Group will take over the center management of the Kamp Promenade of Deka Immobilien in Osnabrück on January 1, 2026. The mandate also includes commercial and technical property management as well as leasing.
The new studio is scheduled to open as early as 2025. This is already the third location that the IPH Group has brokered to IKEA – after space in Stuttgart's Gerber and Gänsbühlcenter in Ravensburg.
