The IPH Group is strengthening its position with John-Patric Staudacher as Senior Consultant in the Stuttgart region. He will support the company in pushing ahead with advisory services and attracting retail tenants to the properties managed by IPH in southern Germany. Instead, he reports to Philipp Klein, Director Leasing at IPH.
Staudacher has extensive leasing experience – from shopping centres to outlet formats and inner-city projects. Most recently, he has been responsible for leasing the new construction project Vier Giebel in Stuttgart and QBUS in Esslingen at LBBW Immobilien Development GmbH since 2023. Prior to that, he was Senior Leasing Manager at OUTLETCITY AG in Metzingen from 2019 to 2023. In this role, he managed a large number of lettings, including international concepts. Prior to that, he worked for ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG since 2007. There he was responsible for the leasing of various shopping centers.
