Quantum welcomes Heidemann Küthe Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB to BON5 in Düsseldorf.
The law firm is renting the seventh floor of the new office building. In total, the property offers around 6,000 m² of office space, which can be individually and flexibly designed.
The new BON5 office building in Düsseldorf-Golzheim comprises eight floors (including ground floor) with around 6,000 m² of office space, which can be used individually and flexibly as individual, group or open-space offices. For the seventh floor, Heidemann Küthe Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB has now been won as the first tenant in the building. The law firm will move into the rental space in autumn 2025. The lease was brokered by Savills.
The BON5 has a two-storey underground car park with bicycle and car parking spaces as well as e-charging stations. On the fourth and sixth floors there are green roof terraces with a high quality of stay. The office space can be rented from a size of approx. 400 m².
