At the beginning of 2026, a Düsseldorf-based e-commerce provider will move into a logistics hall at Ben-Cammarata-Straße 3 in Bergheim, which comprises a total of 8,470 m² of hall space and 1,135 m² of mezzanine space. The property is located in the established commercial area of the district town, only a few minutes from the A61 motorway. The landlord of the property is an owner company. Throughout the leasing process, Savills acted as an advisor and broker for the tenant.
"The location in Bergheim impresses with its logistical efficiency and a clear building structure - ideal conditions for the operational operation of the new user," says Jan Stemshorn, Director Industrial Agency Cologne at Savills.
