Another tenant has been found for the KÖ Galerie in Düsseldorf. In 2026, the law firm ORTHPARTNERS will move into office space of around 1,400 m² in a central location directly on Königsallee.

The KÖ Galerie in Düsseldorf is once again convincing and has found another new tenant. A long-term lease agreement for around 1,400 m² was concluded with the commercial law firm ORTHPARTNERS. The move into an interim area will take place as early as the end of 2025. By late summer 2026, a high-quality expansion of the representative office space at Königsallee 62 over two levels plus a 90 m² roof terrace is planned.

The new letting of the KÖ Galerie runs parallel to the redevelopment. PIMCO Prime Real Estate had commissioned Quantum in September 2024 with the modernization as well as the asset management and leasing mandate. The redevelopment includes the creation of modern office space, a high-quality upgrade of the mall areas, green terraces and measures to improve sustainability and comfort. All work is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2028. Since the start of Quantum's mandate in September 2024, more than 5,000 m² have been newly let, underlining the quality of the offer in the KÖ Galerie.
