The real estate company Aroundtown has successfully concluded a new lease agreement in combination with a lease extension with an existing tenant: Workflow CoWorking & Offices Leipzig has expanded its space in the striking City Tower at Augustusplatz 9 by half a floor, thus securing over 1,600 m² in the long term. The tenant operates the highest coworking space in the city and offers modern offices, flexible workspaces and representative meeting rooms for everyone from solo freelancers to large corporations – a business model of the future, combined with innovative design and personal support.
The office high-rise on Augustusplatz is one of the tallest buildings in Leipzig and convinces with a first-class city centre location. Right next to the Gewandhaus Leipzig and opposite the opera, the location offers excellent visibility and connections. The City Tower is BREEAM-certified and thus meets high requirements for sustainable building use. In addition to Coworking & Offices Leipzig GmbH, other renowned tenants are represented in the building.
The property is excellently connected to public transport by tram and bus stop as well as its proximity to the main train station. The City Tower is future-proof with fiber optics and has its own security service as well as modern elevators.
With the long-term extension of the lease, Aroundtown is not only strengthening the loyalty of an established tenant to the location, but also underlining its position as a reliable partner for suitable properties. Aroundtown is the only company in the industry to provide its tenants with a comprehensive service – including personal contacts on site and a central 24/7 service center with trained staff who are available around the clock, including weekends and holidays. The new lease once again confirms Aroundtown's high level of market expertise. The company is one of Europe's largest listed real estate groups in Europe and is listed in the M-DAX.
