Goldbeck Property Services, part of the construction and services company Goldbeck, which operates throughout Europe, has been awarded another contract in Austria: the company is responsible for the commercial and technical property management of the approximately 17,700 square metre CITYGATE shopping centre in Vienna for Wealthcore Investment Management. The property is located at Wagramer Straße 195 in the 21st district and has more than 50 shops.
The contract stipulates the first cooperation between the two partners. The services include holistic technical property management, commercial management as well as tenant communication and property accounting for the owner. Goldbeck Property Services will thus play a central role in maintaining the value and further development of the property.
"With Goldbeck, we have deliberately chosen a strategic and professional partner in property management who shares our standards of quality, reliability and value retention. We look forward to further developing CITYGATE together and positioning it successfully in the long term," says Jens Zimmermann, Senior Director Transaction and Asset Management, Wealthcore Investment Management.
"The expansion of our first activities in Austria is an important strategic milestone for us. With Wealthcore, we have a strong partner at our side who stands for sustainable and value-oriented real estate investments. We look forward to accompanying CITYGATE into the future with our holistic property management expertise," says Jan Majer-Leonhard, Managing Director of Goldbeck Property Services.
The CITYGATE is one of the most striking urban development projects of recent years. The ensemble combines retail, services as well as residential and office space and is considered a lively district with high local supply quality. With its modern architecture and convenient location, it is a central destination in the north of the city.
