The global real estate service provider CBRE has brokered a long-term lease agreement for almost 6,000 square meters of logistics space to the logistics service provider Glomm Logistics GmbH. The property is managed by Patrizia Deutschland GmbH, which had commissioned CBRE exclusively with the marketing.
Of the total area of the property in Neu Wulmstorf, around 5,720 square metres are hall space and 250 square metres are office space. In addition, 3,000 square meters of open space are available. Glomm Logistics GmbH will move into the space from October 2025.
"The agreement shows that modern logistics space in the Hamburg Metropolitan Region continues to be in high demand. As soon as space becomes available, prospective tenants are usually found quickly," says Frank Freitag, Head of Industrial & Logistics Hamburg at CBRE.
