The newly leased hotels will be operated by Sunday Hotels under the Seminaris brand
Aroundtown has leased eight additional hotel properties from its German portfolio to Sunday Hotels. The properties located in Bad Honnef, Bad Boll, Leipzig, Nuremberg, two in Potsdam, and one each in Berlin and Lüneburg, will continue to operate under the Seminaris brand as part of a new partnership between Seminaris and Sunday Hotels.
The newly leased properties complement the hotels from Aroundtown’s portfolio already operated by Sunday Hotels and span a range of locations and uses across the city, conference and leisure segments.
