JLL brokers 350 m² of retail space at Achternstraße 1-2 as an asset manager
Ernsting's family is moving within Oldenburg's city centre. In the commercial building at Achternstraße 1-2, the company has rented 350 m² of retail space on the ground floor. The textile chain will offer home accessories as well as fashion for babies, children, teenagers and women and men alike. Before the opening of the new branch, the ground floor area of around 850 m² will be divided into several units. As soon as official approval has been granted, work will begin. The opening of the new location is planned for spring 2026. So far, Ernsting's family has been represented in Oldenburg city centre with a branch at Schüttingstraße 14, which is to be closed with the move to the new location.
The upper floor of the property in Achternstraße is used entirely by the Olymp & Hades fashion concept, and there are also residential units on the third and fourth floors of the building, which was built in 2010 and renovated in 2022. The owner of the Oldenburg commercial building is Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH. JLL advised Deka Immobilien as part of an asset management mandate and brokered the lease.
