CA Immo is leasing around 1,500 m² in the CIELO office building in Düsseldorf to CURACON GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft. The property has been converted into a multi-tenant location since 2026 and is already around 84% let before the completion of the work. JLL and Cushman & Wakefield advised the company.
FOX Living has acquired a plot of land for around 300 furnished student apartments in Osnabrück's Lok-Viertel urban development district. The project near the main train station is responding to high demand: 27,000 students are compared to only about 2,000 dormitory places.
The company, which specialises in the management, leasing and sale of real estate, has signed a long-term lease agreement for around 480 m² of office space in the office/commercial building complex at Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 48B.
