Goldbeck Parking Services GmbH, which specialises in parking management and revitalisation of parking properties, has taken over the operation of the newly opened Torhaus Süd underground car park in Duisburg city centre.
The underground car park of the new six-storey Torhaus Süd office and administration building offers space for 47 vehicles. The parking spaces, including the e-charging points, are not only available to employees in the property, but are also publicly accessible. As part of the takeover, Goldbeck Parking Services installed a parking handling system with intelligent license plate recognition. In the future, parking customers will thus benefit from a comfortable and optimal parking experience.
The Torhaus Süd underground car park is the sixth parking facility operated by Goldbeck Parking Services in Duisburg.
"With the Torhaus Süd underground car park, we are expanding our portfolio in Duisburg with another strategically important location in a central location. In this way, we offer visitors a more comfortable parking experience. We are pleased that the building owner has placed its trust in us," explains Stephan Pieper, Managing Director of Goldbeck Parking Services GmbH.
The Torhaus Süd underground car park is easily accessible due to its proximity to major transport hubs and attractions, allowing quick access to the city centre and surrounding facilities.
