On behalf of MEAG, the IPH Group has won a new tenant for the retail park "Iller Center" in Senden:
The Danish fashion brand ONLY, part of the Bestseller Group, will present itself with the ONLY concept on approximately 360 square meters at the location. The lease will start on 01.08.2025, and the opening of the store is expected to take place on 11.09.2025.
MEAG: "With the successful lease to Only Stores Germany GmbH, we welcome another renowned tenant to our Iller-Center retail park. This letting confirms the continuing popularity that retail parks are also experiencing among leading fashion chains. We look forward to the future cooperation and continued success of our site."
Lars Jähnichen, Managing Director of the IPH Group: "The concept optimally complements the center's mix of industries in the fashion sector and contributes to further increasing the attractiveness of the location."
ONLY was founded in 1995 and stands for young, self-confident fashion. The brand sees itself as an urban jeans label that focuses on denim and is known worldwide for trendy and individual, feminine looks. In addition to jeans, the range also includes tops, jackets, dresses and accessories. ONLY is now represented in over 4,500 stores in 70 countries – with over 1,000 of its own stores.
The retail park was built in 1974 and was last extensively modernised in 2021. On a total area of around 25,500 square metres, it offers a diverse mix of retail focal points in the areas of local supply, textiles, shoes and (entertainment) electronics. Thanks to its highly visible and convenient location within the retail agglomeration of Senden, the center is an important retail location in the region. In addition, 770 parking spaces are available to customers.
The IPH Group has been commissioned to lease the retail park since 2022 and has already drawn up several usage concepts for the owner in the past and provided other consulting services.
