Two of the three components of the Bauwo Logistics Park have thus been leased
The project developer Bauwo has leased two of the three components of its Dombühl logistics park, which is currently under construction. The company "Müller – Die lila Logistik" secures a total of around 52,000 m² of usable space, of which 45,400 m² is hall space. JLL advised the landlord and brokered the deal.
