Listed building ensemble with a total of over 2,720 square metres of rental space
The LIVOS Group, portfolio holder in the Light Industrial segment and developer of residential real estate, has leased 850 square metres of sales and storage space in the local shopping centre at the Britz-Süd underground station in Berlin to the Eurogida Group. Eurogida is a supermarket chain specializing in Turkish and Oriental food. It was founded in Berlin in 1999 and will open its 15th branch at the new location in winter 2025.
The LIVOS Group's local supply centre is located directly at the Britz-Süd underground station, in the midst of a comprehensive range of food, goods, services and urban infrastructure. Currently, there is a pharmacy, a daycare center, a hairdresser and gastronomic offerings, among other things. The building ensemble was built in the 1950s and is fully listed. It has a total of 2,720 square meters of rentable space. The LIVOS Group will gradually renovate and upgrade the outdoor facilities in order to further strengthen the quality of stay in the centre.
"With Eurogida, the retail park gains another high-footfall tenant, which not only further revitalizes the location, but also creates synergy effects with the existing tenants," says Alexander Jensen, Senior Letting Manager of the LIVOS Group
