Dessauer Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH moves into around 1,900 sqm of office space at Antoinettenstraße 37
Despite a persistently challenging market environment, Aroundtown has achieved a significant letting success in Dessau-Roßlau: Dessauer Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH, the city's largest landlord and the fourth-largest municipal residential property developer in Saxony-Anhalt, has rented around 1,900 sqm of office space in the centrally located ‘Fürst-Leopold-Carree’ property. Decisive factors in the decision included the good connections and the functional spatial structure of the property.
The ‘Fürst-Leopold-Carree’ at Antoinettenstraße 37 is in a prime city centre location in Dessau-Roßlau - just 100 metres from the main railway station. Thanks to the excellent transport links to the A9 motorway, several federal highways and Halle/Leipzig airport, which is around 35 minutes away, the location is easily accessible both regionally and nationally. The property is characterised by a high level of functionality: bright, efficiently designed office spaces, several lifts, a large number of parking spaces and modern equipment including e-charger enable flexible use for different commercial tenants.
Letting the property to a well-known tenant with strong local roots such as Dessauer Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH sends a clear signal about the attractiveness of the location and the effectiveness of Aroundtown’s flexible property management close to the market.
Aroundtown provides the new tenant with comprehensive tenant services, including personal contacts on site and a central 24/7 service centre with trained staff who are available to commercial tenants around the clock, including weekends and public holidays. Aroundtown is the only company in the commercial property sector to offer such a comprehensive tenant service. The new letting underlines Aroundtown's expertise in the property market. Aroundtown is one of the leading listed property groups in Europe and is listed on the M-Dax.
