Aengevelt brokers a long-term lease agreement for around 2,600 m² of office space and around 70 car parking spaces in the new construction project "Bogen Babelsberg", Marlene-Dietrich-Allee 18-18a, in Potsdam-Babelsberg. The landlord is SKAJ Immobilien GmbH, based in Potsdam. The lease will start at the end of 2026. In total, the new construction project built by KW-Development GmbH comprises six buildings with around 28,400 m² of rental space. Jan Kretzschmar, Managing Partner of SKAJ Immobilien GmbH, comments: "We are very pleased about the renowned new addition to Bogen Babelsberg, which not only complements the mix of uses of the office quarter very well, but also impressively confirms the location and property qualities with the long-term lease decision."
"As part of the site search, Aengevelt presented the available office space in accordance with the requirements profile of the public sector. The choice fell on the Bogen Babelsberg new construction project by SKAJ Immobilien GmbH, which impressed with its modern space and efficient floor plans. Overall, the premises offer a modern, representative working environment and thus optimal working conditions," explains Adina Schmidt, rental expert at Aengevelt Immobilien.
