Quantum Immobilien KVG has acquired a high-quality residential property in Neckarsulm for its special residential real estate fund Habitare III. The seller is an investment company of Argon GmbH, Stuttgart. The property is located in a central city centre location and impresses with its high quality of furnishings, high energy efficiency and an attractive mix of apartments.

The apartment sizes range from 2- to 4-room apartments and appeal to a wide range of tenants.The property is complemented by around 350 m² of commercial space and an in-house underground car park with 75 parking spaces. The location in Neckarsulm is also convincing as part of an economically strong and up-and-coming region with a high demand for housing.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. On the buyer side, KFR Kanzlei and WITTE Projektmanagement GmbH acted as advisors. The seller was advised by CMS Hasche Sigle.
