REALOGIS Immobilien Düsseldorf GmbH (REALOGIS), part of the REALOGIS Group, Germany's leading consulting firm for industrial and logistics real estate as well as commercial properties, has leased a logistics property in Rösrath, North Rhine-Westphalia, west of Cologne. The sole user of the property will be Deufol West GmbH. It is part of the Deufol Group, an international supply chain specialist with 90 offices in 13 countries and a focus on end-2-end supply chain services for an industrial customer portfolio.
