Edge, the pan-European real estate developer and investor in emerging markets, has taken over the management of RED City West, a new office development at Landgrafenstraße 3-4 in Berlin. At the same time, the building has gained its first tenants: The Association of Consulting Engineers (VBI) and TROX SE have already decided on this building as their headquarters before the opening.
The general contractor Züblin officially handed over the building at the end of April 2026, marking the beginning of the operating phase of the property. With the handover, Edge has taken over responsibility for asset management at RED City West.
