Tishman Speyer, a leading global real estate developer, owner, operator and investment manager, announces the successful refinancing of Junghof, its high-quality office and retail ensemble in Frankfurt's banking district. Natixis Pfandbriefbank AG provided a variable-rate bank loan of EUR 121.6 million with a term of five years, including all extension options.
The eight-storey Junghof combines historic architecture with contemporary design and comprises around 22,000 square metres of office space and around 1,200 square metres of retail and catering space on the ground floor. The property is currently 95% let. The main tenants include Helaba Invest, Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft and K1 BusinessClub. In addition, Tishman Speyer recently announced that the international law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) will rent space in the Junghof. Occupancy is planned for 2027.
