Two portfolio companies from the portfolio of the investment platform Realyze Ventures and BitStone Capital receive industry awards

The immobilienmanager Award is one of the established industry prizes of the German real estate industry. In the category "Digital Solution & Technological Innovation", Optiml was awarded in 2026 for the project "Decarbonization, Capital Efficiency and Performance for a Fund in Europe". The award was given for the collaboration with Catella Investment Management on the data-driven decarbonisation of a European residential fund with around 40 buildings in eleven countries.

Optiml's platform uses AI-based optimization models to analyze millions of technical variants, creating a reliable basis for decision-making for restructuring, holding and selling decisions. CO₂ reduction, capital investment, risk and return are systematically comparable. The Realyze Ventures team has been with Optiml since 2024.

aedifion is also an example of this development approach. The Realyze Ventures team has been supporting the Cologne-based company since 2020. With the "aedifion AI Assistant – AI-supported co-pilot for efficient building operation", the company reached the final round of the immobilienmanager Award 2026 in the category "Digital Solution & Technological Innovation" in addition to the Road to Green award. The solution addresses efficient building operation and demand side management in particular.

With its AI-based cloud platform, aedifion supports owners and operators in significantly reducing energy consumption, CO₂ emissions and operating costs in building operation. At the same time, the current visibility of both companies in relevant industry contexts points to the growing importance of technology-driven solutions for the construction and real estate industry.
