Westbridge Appoints Adam Savitz as Director Sustainability

"The framework conditions for sustainability are changing noticeably. Carbon and energy prices are fluctuating, geopolitical tensions are rising, and investors are sensitive to regulatory uncertainty," says Yama Mahasher, CEO of Westbridge. "Especially in this environment, our customers need resilient sustainability strategies instead of declarations of intent."

Adam Savitz has more than twenty years of international experience in sustainability consulting, digitalization and operational implementation. He has supported investors and companies from a wide range of industries in developing sustainable value creation programs and implementing them in practice. Most recently, he led the global Sustainability Practice at Wipro. At Johnson Controls, he built up the business in the EMEA and Latin America regions as Director Sustainable Infrastructure. Further management positions took him to the consulting firm Xynteo, where he was responsible for the development of the India business, as well as to PwC in London and New York.

"Westbridge has deep expertise in supporting clients with climate risks and the transformation of their energy supply. This know-how, combined with consistent operational implementation, makes the company a strong partner for all organizations that want to drive their decarbonization economically and future-proof and generate added value," says Adam Savitz.

Westbridge Advisory was founded in 2015 and acquired by global investment firm Permira in 2025. The company has established itself as a leading European energy and sustainability consultancy with more than 600 institutional real estate clients. The range of services includes physical climate risk analyses and transformation strategies, net zero audits, energy procurement, data management, certifications for sustainable construction and regulatory reporting.
