Aigner Immobilien GmbH has successfully brokered the sale of a building complex in a central location in Fürstenfeldbruck as part of an exclusive mandate. The complex is situated on a plot of approximately 2,200 square metres and offers 3,100 square metres of lettable space. The complex, comprising a total of four residential and commercial buildings as well as a rear building used for both commercial and residential purposes, was built in the 1950s and has been regularly refurbished.
The seller was a private individual. The buyer was a property owner from the Aigner Immobilien GmbH network, who will be developing the property further. It was agreed that the exact location and purchase price would remain confidential.
