Growth area at the interface of the energy and real estate industries
Johannes Hanusch has been a member of the management team of LBD-Beratungsgesellschaft since 1 September 2026. As part of the heating team, he will be responsible for the topic of energy and heat transformation in the real estate industry in the future. Johannes Hanusch brings more than ten years of experience in strategy and organisational consulting, business development and energy transition. Most recently, as an associate partner at the management consultancy Ritterwald, he played a key role in shaping the transformation of energy supply in the real estate industry.

From this practice, he is familiar with the decision-making logic and obstacles of the real estate industry – a strategically important perspective for LBD: Heat transformation planning does not end with the technical target image, but only becomes effective when it results in viable business models, resilient partnerships and feasible investment decisions.
