In the current standpoint, Jonas Kubon explains why and how churches can keep their commercial real estate portfolios in particular in balance between social, ecclesiastical and economic goals. In a time of declining membership numbers, rising costs and higher expectations, the third target pillar is becoming more important because it can become a boundary post in achieving the other two goals that are actually the focus.
Jonas Kubon studied economic geography (Universities of Münster, Prague and Aachen) and real estate economist (IREBS). As the author of various specialist publications on workplace consulting topics as well as real estate and location strategies, Jonas Kubon also teaches portfolio and risk management at the IREBS Real Estate Academy. As managing partner of pro m² GmbH, based in Düsseldorf and Berlin, he designs and implements modern working environments. His focus is on the implementation and development of complex real estate strategies.
