CTP, Europe’s largest listed owner, developer and portfolio manager of logistics and industrial property, measured by gross lettable area, has let a further 9,300 square metres at CTPark Bremen to Heinrich Hoppe GmbH Spedition + Logistik. The logistics service provider has been a tenant of 12,300 square metres at the site since the end of 2024 and is expanding its presence in the business park with this new lease. The newly leased space comprises around 8,100 square metres of warehouse space, 600 square metres of mezzanine space and 600 square metres of office space. Heinrich Hoppe uses the space for logistics services and distribution, amongst other things.
CTPark Bremen has a total usable floor area of around 34,400 square metres on a site measuring approximately 60,000 square metres. The warehouse spaces offer a clear height of twelve metres and a floor load-bearing capacity of five tonnes per square metre. For goods handling, there are three ground-level doors, eleven large industrial sectional doors, two jumbo bridges and 24 hydraulic loading bridges. The space on offer is complemented by flexible mezzanine and office areas.
Energy efficiency considerations also play an important role at the site. The roof of CTPark Bremen is fitted with a photovoltaic system, whilst heating is provided by an air-source heat pump. Furthermore, Heinrich Hoppe is already using electric lorries and has the necessary charging facilities on site. The business park is certified to DGNB Gold standard and therefore meets high sustainability standards.
“A key part of our strategy is to offer our tenants locations where they can grow in the long term. The fact that Heinrich Hoppe has significantly expanded his premises in less than two years is a good example of this. For logistics companies in particular, the availability of suitable premises, an efficient infrastructure and access to major transport routes are crucial factors. CTPark Bremen combines these requirements, thereby creating favourable conditions for long-term use,” says Sandra Kraus, Leasing Director at CTP Germany.
“By renewing our lease, we are expanding our space at this site to a total of more than 21,000 square metres, thereby creating the ideal conditions for our continued growth. We particularly appreciate the straightforward, prompt and cooperative handling of the contract, as well as the swift handover of the additional space. We would like to thank CTP for the excellent cooperation and look forward to continuing this partnership,” adds Martin Delion, Managing Director at Heinrich Hoppe GmbH Spedition + Logistik.
CTPark Bremen is situated at Zum Panrepel 39 in the Mahndorf district in the east of the Hanseatic city and is located directly at the Bremer Kreuz junction. The nearby A27 motorway provides a fast link to the A1 and thus towards Hamburg, Hanover and Osnabrück. Bremen city centre and Bremen Airport are also easily accessible. The surrounding area, characterised by established commercial and industrial enterprises, and the links to the wider regional transport network offer attractive location conditions, particularly for companies in the logistics, manufacturing and commercial sectors.
