The joint venture partners HT Group and Lupp have secured another new tenancy at the LEIQ office complex in Offenbach am Main. CloudHQ, a leading global data centre provider, has chosen LEIQ as its new office location. The move-in is scheduled for autumn 2026.
“With CloudHQ, we are welcoming an internationally active technology company to LEIQ. This deal confirms the building’s appeal to innovative and growth-oriented tenants who value a modern, sustainable and exceptionally well-connected working environment,” says Andreas Stegmann, Chairman of the Management Board of the HT Group.
“CloudHQ is an excellent fit for LEIQ and its innovative environment. The company’s decision confirms the high quality of the site and our joint development concept,” adds Peter Niclaus, Head of Project Development at Lupp.
CloudHQ develops and operates data centres for leading global technology companies. By taking up space at the LEIQ, the company is specifically strengthening its presence in Offenbach and, by extension, in the dynamically growing Frankfurt/Rhine-Main metropolitan region. The LEIQ comprises a total of around 27,500 m² of office space across two building sections. Tenants already include Danfoss, Lorenz Snack-World and the German Weather Service. With this new lease agreement, the complex has achieved an occupancy rate of around 65 per cent.
The office complex was designed to accommodate contemporary and flexible working concepts. Its sustainability and facilities features include a building design that is CO₂-neutral during operation, the KfW 55 standard, and LEED Gold and WiredScore Platinum certifications. In addition, there are landscaped courtyards, roof terraces, a mobility hub and 270 parking spaces in the on-site underground car park, 69 of which are equipped with charging points.
The LEIQ is situated between the banks of the Main in Offenbach, the new harbour district and the Kaiserlei. Via the Offenbach-Kaiserlei S-Bahn station and the A661 and A3 motorways, the site is closely connected to Frankfurt, the airport and the entire Rhine-Main region. A direct link to the cycle highway and a bike-sharing station round off the transport options.
