HAVENS LIVING portfolio grows to more than 800 units in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Berlin
International Campus, one of the leading investors, developers, portfolio holders and operators in the field of student housing and urban living concepts in Europe, celebrated the official opening of HAVENS LIVING on Otto-Suhr-Allee in Berlin-Charlottenburg on Thursday, October 23. Some of the 265 fully furnished apartments have already been rented out since the beginning of September. After completion of all renovation work at the old post office, all units are now being rented. The living space varies between 18 and 46 square metres and can be rented for up to twelve months. The monthly all-in rent starts at 1,229 euros.
There are also 530 bicycle parking spaces on site, as well as extensive communal areas with co-working areas and a gym. HAVENS LIVING also offers parcel acceptance, rental equipment and cleaning services. The apartment building is supplied with district heating and is striving for LEED Platinum certification.
“With the new HAVENS LIVING in a prime Berlin location, we are offering new Berliners and expats a comfortable and flexible living solution that will help them settle in quickly in the capital. The positive start to letting since September confirms that we have our finger on the pulse with HAVENS LIVING,” says Gawain Smart, CEO of the International Campus Group.
With the new property, the number of units at HAVENS LIVING now increases to more than 800. They are located in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Berlin. In total, International Campus’ portfolio in Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands comprises more than 7000 units under the brands THE FIZZ and HAVENS LIVING.
