Companies have already rented 400 flats from HAVENS LIVING

International Campus reports strong B2B demand: since September 2025, companies have let 400 HAVENS LIVING flats in Frankfurt, Berlin and Hamburg for their employees. The offering is being expanded; Nora Gehlen has been overseeing corporate partnerships since June 2026.

International Campus launches THE FIZZ Plus

International Campus is introducing a new residential category with THE FIZZ Plus: fully furnished all-inclusive apartments with additional equipment. After the pilot in Berlin and experiences in Vienna, the roll-out will start at nine locations in Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic.

A GSL customer survey of 1,815 users of THE FIZZ and HAVENS LIVING confirms high satisfaction with comfort, location and service. THE FIZZ scores points for employee-friendliness (83%) and location (82%), among other things. HAVENS LIVING outperforms international PBSA benchmarks.

THE FIZZ Bremen modernised and reopened

International Campus has completed the modernisation of THE FIZZ Bremen, which opened in 2012, and reopened the building. All 335 apartments as well as common and outdoor areas have been upgraded; the occupancy rate is 100 percent. Rents start at about 800 euros.
