The investment and asset manager aam2core has leased a contiguous office space of around 1,200 m² at Ohligsmühle 1-11 and Alexanderstraße 1 in Wuppertal to an international American industrial company.
Stefan de Greiff, CEO of aam2core, explains: "The successful letting shows that high-quality space can be sustainably placed even in a challenging market environment. With market-driven concepts, active asset management and a location with substance, we are creating the basis for sustainable rental success. The fact that we were also able to win an economically strong user with Wuppertal history for the location underlines the viability of our concept."
The building is centrally located in the Elberfeld district of Wuppertal, directly in the Ohligsmühle area and thus in the immediate vicinity of the city centre. The location benefits from the good connection to local public transport: the Ohligsmühle suspension railway station and several bus lines are within walking distance. The main train station is only a few minutes' drive away.
