Berlin: FÜRST wins Greco for premium rooftop restaurant

Greco has stood for fine dining for more than 20 years and combines classic Italian cuisine with modern gastronomy concepts under the claim of "Premium Italian Hospitality". The group already operates several established restaurants in Frankfurt. With the new offer in Berlin, the portfolio will grow to a total of seven gastronomic locations in the future.

"At the same time, Greco strengthens the diverse mix of uses of the quarter and will create another attractive meeting point for visitors, employees and residents."

With the lease to Greco, more than 40 percent of the total space in the FÜRST is occupied. Other tenants in the FÜRST include the biopharmaceutical company Takeda, the premium apartment hotel A by Adina, the premium fitness club David Lloyd, RTL, REWE, Skins Cosmetics and the Theater Komödie am Kurfürstendamm.

The FÜRST is a modern, mixed-use real estate ensemble in Berlin's City West. On an area of around 106,000 square metres, a modern urban quarter is being built on Kurfürstendamm with a mix of uses of around 58,000 square metres of office space, approx. 14,200 square metres for culture and leisure as well as further space for retail and gastronomic offerings.
