CA Immo has signed a further long-term lease agreement for a total of around 1,500 m² of rental space in its CIELO office building in Kasernenstraße 67 in Düsseldorf. The new tenant is CURACON GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft. CA Immo had only begun restructuring the building, which had previously been used by a single tenant, into a modern multi-tenant property at the beginning of 2026. With the conclusion of this lease, the CIELO is now already leased at around 84% before the completion of the renovation work. JLL advised on the conclusion of the lease on the tenant's side and Cushman & Wakefield on the landlord's side.
Matthias Winkelhardt, Head of CA Immo Frankfurt and Munich: "We are very pleased that the Düsseldorf real estate market has reacted so positively to our CIELO. It was only in February that we were able to win several tenants for the CIELO - even before the start of the structural renovation work. The further lease agreement that has now been concluded in a thoroughly challenging market environment proves on the one hand the high attractiveness of the location in the middle of Düsseldorf's CBD, but on the other hand also the quality of the building with its high quality of stay and extremely flexible office space."
Sascha Knauf, site manager of CURACON GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Düsseldorf, explains the decision: "With CIELO, we have chosen a location that fits very well with our claim to a modern and future-oriented working environment. The central location in Düsseldorf is ideal for our clients and employees and the flexible space design offers the perfect combination of concentrated work, team collaboration and personal encounters."
The Class A building with a total of around 10,600 m² of lettable space is particularly impressive due to the exceptionally large roof terraces in this location, from which the building name CIELO (Ital. For heaven). Two of the roof terraces can be used jointly by all tenants, while two others belong exclusively to one rental unit each.
In the course of the restructuring of the building, the common areas such as the reception and lobby in particular will be redesigned and upgraded. CIELO was already comprehensively modernised in 2020 and DGNB Gold certified in 2024.
The building offers variable floor plans and enables individual solutions for different office concepts. The modern architecture and high-quality furnishings create an identity-creating working environment for discerning users.
The location at Kasernenstraße 67 is characterized by its immediate proximity to Königsallee ("Kö") with numerous shopping and dining options. In addition, the property has very good public transport connections. The nearby Rhine and surrounding green spaces offer additional recreational qualities in the urban environment.
