The real estate investor CONREN Land can report another letting success on Düsseldorf's Kennedydamm: The management and technology consultancy BearingPoint leased 1,540 m² in the B1 office building at Bennigsen-Platz and is thus relocating from neighboring Karl-Arnold-Platz. The move-in is scheduled for June 2026.
The striking office building B1 offers a total of 19,500 m² of office space and is almost fully let. The property has been awarded the DGNB Gold sustainability certificate.
Kennedydamm is one of the most important office locations in Düsseldorf and impresses with its central location and optimal transport connections. The surrounding area is characterised by an attractive mix of high-quality office properties, sophisticated urban residential development, a wide range of restaurants and shopping facilities. The proximity to the Rhine and spacious green spaces enable a balanced relationship between work and relaxation.
During the lease, JLL advised the tenant and Blackbear acted on behalf of the owners.
