Novitas Immo GmbH & Co. KG has sold the underground car park at Barbarossaplatz in Düsseldorf to Contipark. With this acquisition, Contipark is continuing its strategy of expanding its own property portfolio. JLL advised the seller and brokered the transaction.
CUBION is brokering around 850 m² of office space at Schifferstraße 200 in Duisburg to BG prevent GmbH. The reasons for the lease are modern space, good accessibility and the environment around the inner harbour; it is already the sixth deal there within ten months.
