HIH Invest has extended its lease with Deloitte in the "Zebra" office property at Europaallee 91 in Frankfurt am Main ahead of schedule. The auditing and consulting firm has been the sole user of the property since the completion of the property in 2021 and had rented the approximately 16,700 square meters of office space for 15 years at the time. The property is part of a special fund managed by HIH Invest Real Estate.
The seven-storey "Zebra" office building is centrally located in Frankfurt's Europaviertel. It is DGNB Gold certified, equipped to a high standard and has very good public transport connections and the city centre. The Europaviertel is one of the most dynamic office locations in Frankfurt and offers a diverse environment of office, residential and retail uses.
Ken Kuhnke, Head of Large Tenant Services at HIH Real Estate, says: "We already know Deloitte from the previous tenancy at Franklinstrasse 50. The mutual openness to the respective goals as well as the very dynamic decision-making processes were decisive for this agreement."
