IMAXXAM, the independent partner for the management of real estate investments, is expanding its management team at the turn of
the
year. Max Gutsche will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of the
company together with Christoph
Geißler and Markus Dokter from January 2027. With Max Gutsche, IMAXXAM is gaining an experienced
manager with many years of experience at the interface of strategy,
customer needs and organizational development.
Growth through sustainable strategic and organizational foundation
In recent years, IMAXXAM has established itself as an integrated partner for
institutional real estate investors. The company combines
investment, portfolio and asset management with services along the further
real estate value chain.
On this basis, the business model is to be further developed in a targeted manner and the
organization further institutionalized. In addition to expanding the business
by expanding the investor base, the focus is on the scalability
of the organization, efficient and sustainable management structures and strong
governance.
"IMAXXAM has a very good starting position and a business model
with considerable development potential," says Christoph Geißler, Managing Director of IMAXXAM. "With Max Gutsche, we are strengthening our management team with
strategic and organizational competence as well as many years of
sales experience.
Together, we will drive forward the next phase of IMAXXAM's development in a targeted manner
."
Experience at the intersection of strategy and customer needs
Max Gutsche has many years of experience in asset servicing as well as in sales
and the development of commercial and corporate strategies. Prior to joining
IMAXXAM, the Berlin-born entrepreneur spent eight years at Universal
Investment, most recently as Group Head of Sales & Relationship Management
Enablement & Commercial Strategy. Previously, he was responsible for new client acquisition in the position of Head of Business
Development Private Markets.
In his role, he was responsible, among other things, for the further development of
strategic initiatives, sales management, expansion of organizational
structures and represented the interface between commercial and
corporate strategy.
"For me, the focus is on the long-term development of IMAXXAM as a
powerful and scalable asset management platform," says Max Gutsche.
"We want to combine growth and entrepreneurial dynamism with a clear understanding
of constantly evolving customer needs, efficient management and
strong governance. For me, it is crucial to position IMAXXAM in such a way
that the organization remains efficient and agile
even as it continues to grow, while at the same time consistently focusing on the needs of our existing and future customers
."
Together with Christoph Geißler and Markus Dokter, this will lay the foundation for
the next phase of IMAXXAM's development – with a clear
focus on sustainable growth, operational excellence and the long-term
development of the platform.
