Around 40 percent of the recently completed project has been rented
The commercial vehicle manufacturer MAN Truck & Bus has leased an area of around 18,000 m² in the "Link" industrial and commercial park in Günzburg, Bavaria. The majority of the leased space (15,200 m²) is allocated to a warehouse, the rest is made up of mezzanine and office space. JLL brokered the lease agreement on behalf of MAN Truck & Bus.
