Lübke Kelber with changes in the Management Board

On the basis of what has been achieved in recent years, Lübke Kelber AG is focusing on further scaling and stronger integration of its business areas. The focus is on expanding recurring revenues and strengthening profitability and cash flow. At the same time, business with institutional investors is to be expanded and the positioning on the capital market further strengthened. With the broader positioning of the Management Board, Lübke Kelber also wants to bundle strategic and operational management expertise across the various business units more strongly.

In recent years, Lübke Kelber AG has developed from a strongly transaction-oriented real estate consulting firm into a broad-based real estate platform. In addition to the classic transaction business, asset and investment management, property management and the Living division and associated recurring revenue sources have been expanded in particular.

We have discussed his decision openly and trustingly with each other over the past few weeks and are parting ways in great solidarity after many years together.
