The AIF Capital Group welcomes a new tenant in the Laichingen retail park: On August 1, 2026, Wäschekrone, textile specialist for the hotel and catering industry, moved into the space in the city's industrial park in Baden-Württemberg. The lease has a term of five years.
On the commercial space with almost 410 square metres, Wäschekrone is reopening the factory outlet for bed linen, terry towels, mattresses, bedding, slatted frames and kitchen linen, which is aimed at private customers. "Wäschekrone is an ideal addition to the retail offer in the Laichingen retail park. We are pleased to be able to count the regionally rooted company among our tenants with immediate effect," says Heiko Szczodrowski, CEO of AIF Capital Group.

The retail park in Laichingen with a total of 3,365 square metres of space for commercial and catering facilities as well as 100 customer parking spaces was acquired in 2017 for the public AIF Anspar FLEX Fonds 2 geschlossene Investment GmbH & Co. KG, which is managed by AIF Capital Group. The industrial park is conveniently located at the entrance to the town of Laichingen in the Alb-Donau district. The tenants include a fashion store, a bakery, a restaurant, a food discounter and an ATM of a local bank. The commercial space that Wäschekrone is moving into was previously rented to a shoe store.
